Shopping Online And Ordering

Shopping at Judith Ann Jewels Online

The easiest way to shop Judith Ann Jewels Online is to follow these easy steps:

1. Create An Account

Click on my account/sign in at the top of the page. The login page appears where you will be instructed to either create a new account, or type in your existing username and password to login. Once an account has been created, your welcome screen will appear along with a few highlights about the site.

2. Let's Go Shopping!

Once you have been logged in, choose a designer or category from the scrollable navigation bar to the left of the site. When you have found an item you would like to save to your shopping bag, simply decide your quantity, then click "add to cart". Your item(s) is automatically placed into your virtual shopping bag. When finished, you may either continue shopping, view your shopping bag, or checkout.

3. Shopping Bag

Your shopping bag is always available on the right side of the page. Your shopping bag allows you to view all items saved, make changes to quantities, and remove items.

We try our best to be as accurate as possible with merchandise color on the site. All computer monitors are different and may affect the color on screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

 Merchandise Availability

Every effort is made to keep enough inventory available online. Occasionally, we do sell out of items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 Sales Tax

We charge 8.25% on all orders shipped to Texas. All other states do not incur sales tax.

 Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you with your purchase confirmation along with tracking information via UPS. You will be able to track your order via UPS web site at any time before delivery.

 Orders By Telephone

All orders may be placed through the retail store, online, or by phone. For online phone orders, our local number is 713-871-1074. Toll Free is 1-888-64JEWEL(53935). Business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 am-6pm CST. All orders via phone must be placed verbally with verification.

 Shipping & Handling

Guidelines

Orders placed on the site will be processed the same day before 2pm CST, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2pm CST will process the next business day, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm CST will process the following Monday. All items generally will be shipped within 24 hours after processing, and upon availability unless otherwise noted. In the event that an item is delayed, backorded, or no longer available, you will be contacted immediately via email or telephone. Judith Ann Jewels Online will contact you if additional identification for credit verification is required. Judith Ann Jewels Online uses UPS for all deliveries. Shipping confirmations via UPS will be sent to the account email address. A signature is required for all deliveries. Please make sure someone is available at time of delivery to sign for the item. Judith Ann Jewels Online does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Saturday delivery is not offered.

 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available at both Judith Ann Jewels and Judith Ann Jewels Online (judithannjewels.com). Gift certificates are offered in preselected amounts and can be added to the shopping cart at any time.

You must have an account created to use your certificate. You will be prompted at checkout for your unique certificate number. The amount will be deducted from the order total. A remaining balance will be available from the certificate if the balance is not met at purchase and will be available for purchases at a later time.

 Registration

You must register if you plan to make purchases at Judith Ann Jewels Online (judithannjewels.com). Registration is easy, and it's free. Registration automatically enrolls you in our Judith Ann Jewels rewards Program where you can earn valuable discounts towards merchandise. Simply click my account/sign in at the top of the pages, then select the create new account button. You will asked to fill out your contact information along with a password.

 Lost Passwords

From the login page, type in your username, then click "please email me my password". Within minutes, you should receive your password via email.

 Account Center

Once you have successfully logged into your account, you access your account profile by clicking on the my account link at the top of any page. The account center allows you to view your current profile information such as username, password, billing/shipping address, and telephone/email. You may modify this information by clicking on the modify profile button. The account center also contains your order history and reward point balance. Simply click on the corresponding buttons associated with each category of the account center to view the details.

 Returns And Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available on all full priced merchandise only and must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are not available for promotional and sale merchandise. Returns are not available for special order merchandise. All sale items are final sale.

Special Order Merchandise: Returns (refunds on credit card) are not available for special order merchandise.

 Shipping Guidelines

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are located locally, you may return the merchandise at our retail location. If returning merchandise from online to the retail store, please include all receipts.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

 Credit Card Refunds/Adjustments

A refund will be credited to your credit card once the package arrives back to us and inspection of the merchandise has passed. This generally takes 1-2 business days from the time we receive the return. If the item is returned on Friday, final inspection will resume the following Monday.

For exchanges, price adjustments to your credit card will be applied once the package arrives back to us and inspection of the merchandise has passed.
